Exploring the Self-care Practices and Needs of Entry-Level Nursing Students: A Pilot Project

Self-care is often lacking in nursing students worldwide. The objectives for this study were to discover the current self-care practices of one group entry level undergraduate students, students’ understanding self-care, and preferences interventions aimed at improving self-care. Quantitative quantitative measures used measure practices, needs, recommendations be future semesters improve student found generally deficient areas related nutrition, obtaining healthcare information or guidance, pacing themselves avoid exhaustion, performing relaxation exercises.
